Is working with getUbetter to offer people in Merthyr Tydfil a free, easy-to-use app that helps manage musculoskeletal (MSK) pain from home. This app was created by MSK physiotherapists and digital health experts, and it’s funded by the Merthyr Tydfil Cluster as part of a local pilot project. Whether your pain is new or something you’ve been managing for a while, the app helps you feel more confident in your recovery.
What the app helps with:
- New or ongoing back pain
- Neck, shoulder or knee pain
- Sprains, strains and joint injuries
- Muscle pain and stiffness
- General recovery support

- Visit your local GP website
- Scan a QR code on posters or leaflets
- Ask your GP or healthcare provider
- Access through the Physiotherapy Service at Prince Charles Hospital
