Actif Woods offers a safe space for you to meet others, learn new skills, enjoy the outdoors and exercise to improve your overall wellbeing.
Project Aim
Actif woods can support you with chronic physical and mental health issues by helping you become more active whilst enjoying some of the beautiful woodlands we have on our doorstep.
Get involved
Activities take place on Tuesdays at Taff Bargoed with Valleys Steps, Wednesdays from Keir Hardie and there is also a six-week course with the Early Intervention Team at Cyfarthfa Park.

We are also running free online workshops via Zoom.
