Things to remember about female health
- Check your breasts regularly for any unusual lumps or pains, learn what is normal for you each month.
- Anyone with a cervix aged 25-64 are able to, and should, have a cervical screening in Wales.
- If you have unusual changes in your vaginal discharge, seek advice from your doctor or 111.
- You can see your GP about painful or uncomfortable periods and menopause symptoms, if you are finding they interrupt your daily life.
